At Zira Perfume, every fragrance is crafted and handled with the highest standards of quality and care. Each order is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
We recommend checking fragrance notes carefully before purchase, as perfumes are non-returnable once opened.

Returns & Replacements
Because fragrance is deeply personal — and once a bottle is opened it cannot be resold — we are unable to accept returns once a product has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction matters to us.
We offer a replacement in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or leaking
- Incorrect product delivered
How to request a replacement:
Contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery and share clear images of the damaged or incorrect product. An unboxing video, if available, will help expedite your request.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Conditions
Replacement requests will not be accepted if:
- The product has been opened or used
- The request is raised after 72 hours of delivery
- The product is returned without original packaging
- Damage was caused by misuse or improper handling

Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Refund Policy
- Refunds apply only to prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
